Spring Quilty Inspiration

Spring Quilty Inspiration

This weekend, we got a little peek at spring here in Oregon — it was warm and sunny for two entire days! Of course we woke up to gloom and rain again today, but the sunshine got my mind turned toward pretty spring colors. Here are some of my favorite spring-inspired projects from over the years.

I normally tend toward more saturated colors, but sometimes softer colors are just right. My schedule is so full right now that I'm not sure if I can squeeze in something pastel this spring (I'm actually working on a Halloween quilt right now!) but I am sure going to try!

The pastels in this Speckled Delilah Quilt are gorgeous! But then, I’m a huge fan of the peach and coral portion of the orange/red spectrum!
