Dilly Dahlia Giant Block Tutorial
The weather did not want to cooperate with photos of this quilt. So. Much. Rain.
But finally this morning, one rain-free hour coincided with a time when one of my quilt holders was home (my 8 year old son!) so I finally got a few photos.
Last year I did a whole series of Giant Block Tutorials and decided not to continue monthly tutorials this year, but I do intend to add to the series. This one was inspired by a new collection by Michael Miller Fabrics called Dilly Dahlia.
It is a vivid, beautiful collection with just a little bit of vintage charm.
