Filming with Missouri Star Quilt Co: The Violet Quilt Video Tutorial
Some of you might remember that I took a little trip to Hamilton, Missouri a while back to visit Missouri Star Quilt Co. It was equal parts terrifying and exciting for me — but also SUCH a fun experience. Being in a totally new setting and filming on camera was definitely outside my comfort zone, but everyone there was incredibly kind and helped me every step of the way.
While I was in Hamilton, I filmed a couple of quilting tutorials, and they are now both available! 🎉 A couple of months ago, they released the video for the Mini Plaid-ish Quilt Pattern and now the second one is available. This new video walks you through how to make the Violet Quilt, and I’m really hoping it’s helpful for anyone who’s been curious about this pattern but maybe felt a little unsure about where to start. It looks a bit more complex at first glance, but once you see it broken down step by step, it’s totally approachable.
