The Sybil Quilt in Tula Pink Full Moon Forest
A couple of months ago when I was in Missouri filming some tutorials for Missouri Star Quilt Co (more on that later this week!), I found myself in a situation that every quilter knows all too well: I had to do a little fabric shopping. It wasn’t optional. While browsing, I picked up a jelly roll of Tula Pink’s Full Moon Forest II collection specifically to make the Sybil Quilt Pattern, and let me tell you — I’m in love with these colors!
If you’ve ever worked with Tula Pink fabrics, you know they have a lot of personality. While I adore her designs, I usually lean toward her smaller-scale prints when it comes to actually cutting and sewing — that way I don’t feel like I’m slicing through too many adorable little creatures. I like to save those for the backing.
Luckily, Full Moon Forest II has the perfect balance of vibrant color and scale, and it’s packed with gorgeous pinks and purples that absolutely shine in the Sybil Quilt.
